Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a

compassionate, detail-oriented Program Assistant

to support our

Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)

in

Williamston, NC .
This full-time position supports a

multi-disciplinary team

that provides

community-based care

for individuals living with mental health and substance use challenges.
About The Role

As the

Program Assistant , you’ll coordinate the daily administrative operations of the ACTT program. This role is vital to ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication, and efficient team workflows that support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Program Coordination

Manage and maintain accurate mental health records and documentation
Scan, upload, and archive discharge and clinical documents
Track and monitor service authorizations, PCP updates, NC-TOPPS submissions, chart audits, and monthly visit templates
Maintain internal tracking systems and alert leadership to trends or overdue items
Contact clients to confirm appointments and follow-up needs
Prepare intake packets, update forms, and manage program material inventory
Provide front desk or phone coverage during lunch, vacation, or holiday breaks as needed
Education

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or healthcare setting preferred
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor with high ethical standards
Comfortable with phones, computers, scanners, and office software
