What you'll be doing:

Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.

Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.

Ordering food and paper products as needed.

Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for:
Must-haves:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

ServSafe certification.

At least one year’s experience in a foodservice role.

Nice-to-haves:

At least one year’s experience in a supervisory role.
