Job Summary
Location: Dayton, OH. Hours: 6am - 4:30pm, Wednesday – Saturday. Salary: up to $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities
Work as a team member in a safety‑conscious environment, following PJHA, Observation process, and compliance with all safety guidelines.
Clean assigned areas based on master cleaning schedules and procedures (washing down, shoveling, de‑junking, vacuuming, sweeping).
Assist in creating sanitation standards and provide work‑order feedback.
Operate skid‑steer loaders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, hand and power tools.
Communicate effectively with team lead, supervisor, and customers to accomplish tasks.
Adhere to published work schedule and be available for overtime.
Work from elevated areas using fall protection equipment as required.
Maintain communication with supervisors about unresolved work issues, personnel issues, or complaints.
Work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, when demanded.
Perform additional duties as defined by the company or customer.
Clean process screens with a caustic cleaner solution daily.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Achieve performance expectations from appraisals and employee development planning.
Assist in short‑ and long‑range planning communication with team members.
Meet physical requirements of the job.
Administer accurate time‑keeping and work‑order completion.
Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Qualifications
Experience: 2 years in industrial cleaning desired but not required.
Physical Demands
Observe details at close range.
Control precision for machine or vehicle adjustments.
Manual dexterity to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
Substantial lifting up to 50 pounds.
Move for extended or continuous periods of time.
Ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and step stools.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
Operate forklifts or other vehicles safely.
Wear a respirator when required.
Communicate and express ideas clearly.
Order information according to guidelines.
Work Environment
The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The environment may have extreme heat or cold, wet or humid conditions, and loud noise levels.
