Wage Range: $12.00-13.00/hour
Description of the Position
Provide office and department management tasks to faculty and staff in History. The position includes general office duties, scanning, photocopying, running errands, and event assistance. Other duties include assisting faculty with various projects, graphic and design work to create flyers, posters, and social media content. This position is eligible for up to 6 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office duties and errands
Scan and photocopy documents
Design posters and flyers
Update bulletin boards and website
Manage social media content and student/faculty surveys
Communicate with students, faculty, and external guests
Qualifications
Organizational skills

Physical and Environmental Factors
This position requires crouching, stooping, twisting/pivoting, reaching overhead, grasping/handling, pushing/pulling, and lifting and carrying objects up to 20 lbs. Candidates must possess the ability to safely perform the physical work required of all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
