Strong customer service skills
Training and motivating team members
Cashier monitoring - managing cash
Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself
Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store
Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction
Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant
Age requirement:
18 years of age or older
