An intermediate line cook requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. An intermediate cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Intermediate cook will work single stations in the kitchen and require limited supervision and training.

Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
At least 3 months of previous line cook experience preferred
Culinary degree or hotel kitchen experience is a plus
Solid foundation in basic cooking techniques
Ability to work a single station and prepare buffet-style meals
Genuine desire to serve others and contribute to a collaborative kitchen
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Self-motivated and able to work independently
ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
Shift:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (flexibility appreciated!)
Pay Rate:
$17.00/hour
