Responsibilities:
Responsible to oversee and perform remediation on enterprise workstations to attain compliance with the client End of Life software policies
Requirements:
Advanced Windows OS knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of management on security related matters
A technical professional with operations and troubleshooting experience, able to perform technical analysis, drive for results, take ownership, be self-motivated, and think outside the box
