CNA Nursing Assistant - Earn over $25.00 per hour! (Grand Rapids, MI)
We are seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high‑quality care to our guests at Valley View Care Center, a Silver Quality Award‑winning facility.
Compensation
Starting wage $19.65 per hour
$2.00 per hour shift premiums for 2nd or 3rd shift
$3.40 per hour hero pay
Yearly wage increases

Scheduling
8‑hour shifts
Full‑time or part‑time, all shifts available
Responsibilities
Provide patient care following individual care plans, including bathing, skin care, oral care, dressing, and mobility assistance.
Document nutritional intake, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies.
Observe and report significant changes in patient condition to nursing team.
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors.
Qualifications
Completed an approved nurse aide training program and passed the test.
Current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
Excellent customer service skills and commitment to providing passionate, innovative care.
Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and completing tasks.
Location
