Business Office Manager (BOM)

We are searching for a Business Office Manager (BOM).
Full Time – Sunday – Thursday
Starting salary is $55,000 per year; negotiable with relevant prior experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain the Plaza Assisted Living's business office policies and procedures at the assigned community.
Function as a team and leader to ensure accountability and quality services.
Provide accounting and human resources functions, including payroll and personnel administration.
Assist others in similar functions.
Make individual decisions and communicate effectively with the Executive Team at Home Office, team members, other staff, residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year experience in office management and/or assisted living in a similar capacity.
Experience in personnel management, accounts receivable/collections, accounts payable, resident funds, general ledger, and information systems management.
Proficient use of computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, not limited to Word and Excel.
