What's the Job?
Receive, review, and route Facilities Service Requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate expenditure and departmental records for efficient tracking.
Schedule and coordinate various site services to support operational needs.
Perform secretarial functions and provide administrative support within the facilities department.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all services and materials are received and meet quality standards.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to review and process purchase requests and invoices accurately.
Experience in maintaining records and managing key control systems.
