Production Welder Fitter Fabricator (Urgently Hiring)

We are currently seeking a full‑time Production Welder Fitter Fabricator to join our team in Lowellville, OH. The role entails fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components through welding, cutting, and finishing tasks to support efficient production operations.

PAY: $21-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a mechanical or skilled manufacturing environment
Trade school education preferred
Strong mechanical background; fitting/welding experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings with minimal assistance
Experience in metal fabrication and fitting, including structural and sheet metal work
Electrical troubleshooting and/or loader logic experience is a plus
Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently
Physically capable of working in a production environment (standing, bending, lifting, reaching, etc.)
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
Self‑motivated with strong initiative and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Assemble and fabricate metal structures and components based on blueprints and specifications
Perform fitting and welding tasks with a high level of accuracy and quality
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Conduct general maintenance and support production operations as needed
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
Troubleshoot mechanical (and basic electrical, if applicable) issues during fabrication
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Work overtime as required to support production demands
