Strong experience in Customer Master Data Management (CMD), Oracle CX/Sales Cloud/Order-to-Cash/AR, PL/SQL, Excel, Agile, JIRA, requirement gathering, process modeling, documentation, and working on large-scale global programs with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and anticipate requirements; incorporate requests into the product roadmap and align initiatives with company strategy.
Gather, analyze, and convert business requirements into IT specifications; develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
Groom and manage product backlog, prioritizing items based on evolving business needs.
Oversee requirement implementation across design, development, and testing phases.
Conduct business and system process analysis, ensuring high-quality data management and reliability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, re-engineering, or elimination of inefficiencies.
Produce program-level documentation including use cases, sequence diagrams, process flows, future state proposals, and UAT plans.
Collaborate closely with developers and project teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong experience in
Customer Master Data Management (CMD)
and related domains.
Hands-on experience with
Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Oracle Customer Master, Oracle Order to Cash, and Oracle AR .
Proficiency in
PL/SQL and Microsoft Excel
for data analysis and reporting.
Skilled in
requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation .
Experience working on
large-scale programs
as well as day-to-day operational support.
Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills , with high attention to detail.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; team-oriented with ability to lead by influence.
Knowledge of
Agile principles
and frameworks;
CSPO certification
is a plus.
Proficient in
JIRA
for managing product backlog, stories, and workflow.
