$67-$75K (DOE) plus bonus

A Japanese restaurant is seeking a proactive IT Coordinator to support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT systems across our U.S. operations. This role works closely with the IT Supervisor/Manager and serves as a key point of contact for system-related matters, hardware setup, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support IT system implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
Assist with in-store hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS, order systems, etc.)
Provide IT support for business PCs, smartphones, and internal systems
Coordinate with vendors and act as a liaison between IT and other departments
Support system security, audits, and performance reporting
Assist with IT projects, new technology evaluation, and process improvements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT systems, support, or system maintenance
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software
Business-level English required (Japanese is a plus)
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
