Qualifications
BCBA certified, in good standing with the BACB.
Experience: at least 1 year in a supervisory role (bonus for working with kids on the spectrum).
Supervisor training: BACB Supervisor Training; 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle.
Top‑notch communication skills, report writing, team management.
Independent operator: meets deadlines, manages time, works solo with minimal oversight.
Fine Print
Must submit transcript showing Master’s degree and BCBA Certification.
Willing to provide fingerprints for DOJ & FBI clearance (covered).
TB test and BLS training up‑to‑date.
Adherence to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
Compensation
Pay range represents estimate the Company reasonably expects at hire.
Employees may be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
