Proven experience as an Assistive Technology Specialist or related background in assistive technology services

Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and best practices regarding accessibility and special education
Experience supporting individualized education program (IEP) processes and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
What You'll Do:

Assess student needs in the LEEP Program and recommend appropriate assistive technology solutions
Collaborate with school personnel and families, including coordination efforts such as "looping in" key team members like Logan Rausch and Syd Logan (PSG)
Conduct training sessions for staff and students on integrating assistive tech devices and apps into daily instruction
Create detailed reports and contribute to IEP meetings to share outcomes and progress
Stay up-to-date on new developments in assistive technology to enhance program effectiveness
