Description: Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support day-to-day operations across commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the coordination and overall management of construction projects.
Track project timelines, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Track and organize submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Maintain detailed project documentation including scope of work, drawings, contracts, and vendor performance.
Organize and manage all project files and records.
Serve as a key point of contact for project communications.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
Support bid collection and proposal comparison for new projects
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction; commercial experience preferred.
3+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Timberline (Sage300) is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
