Your New Role:
This highly regarded boutique Lake Oswego firm is growing their business practice. They’re seeking an experienced and business-minded Transactional Attorney capable of advising high-net-worth clients on complex transactional matters.
You’ll work directly with clients as you provide them with strategic advice on a range of business matters including entity formation, restructuring, and expansion. Additionally, you’ll draft transactional documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and facilitate complex transactions.
Exceptional client service and business development skills are essential for this role. You’ll need to be able to work independently and maintain strong client relationships.
You’ll have a hybrid schedule with three or four in-office days each week.
