Position Summary
POSTING FOR UNMC EMPLOYEES ONLY
The position’s primary focus is provision of educationally-related physical therapy services in a school-based environment for children aged 0-21. The position is 9.5 months and corresponds to the respective district’s academic calendar. Oversight of clinical education for affiliating, doctoral-level physical therapy students is required, and assistance with or participation in scholarly activity including clinical research is desired. The option to provide outpatient, pediatric physical therapy services, to participate in educational, community outreach opportunities and/or research, and to provide mentoring or serve other contracts related to pediatric physical therapy is offered as caseload demands and departmental needs change.
