Job Summary:
The candidate will work as a Business Financial Analyst responsible for analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for various projects within the organization. They will gather information from stakeholders, develop models and documentation, facilitate meetings, and support system development and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization.
Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
Requirement(s):
5-10 years of analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; however, demonstrated relevant experience equally valued.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of applicable business or project management experience, or 6-10 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project) required.
Power Bl and Power Apps experience preferred.

$54.05 per hour
