Behavior Technician
The Behavior Technician works in an educational setting to deliver evidence‑based methods that support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability and mental health involvement. Responsibilities include Applied Behavior Analysis approaches; classroom observation; residential observation; data collection; supporting staff to implement individual behavior protocols and behavior intervention plans; treatment integrity monitoring; and regular assistance with personal hygiene tasks. May also be assigned to special projects including administrative and organizational tasks.
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00/hour – $28.80/hour
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Required License: N/A
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30a – 3:30p
Education Support Staff (Float)
Staff in an educational setting provide evidence‑based methods to support individuals’ special needs, including Applied Behavior Analysis, Restorative Practices, and Trauma Informed Care. The Education Support Staff (Float) delivers classroom support during staff absences or shortages and provides direct support for students attending the WAY program.
Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00/hour – $29.58/hour
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Required License: NYS Driver’s License
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30a – 3:30p
