Vendor Payable Specialist (Contract)
Location:
San Diego, CA (Hybrid – onsite once per week)
Pay: $20-$22.5/hr
We’re hiring a
Vendor Payable Specialist
to provide temporary AP support during system integrations, automation efforts, and ongoing acquisitions.
What you’ll be doing:
Support high?volume vendor payable and invoice processing
Primarily work within Concur
Process simple invoices (no journal entries)
Assist with ACH payment runs and send payment notification emails
Provide general administrative support to the AP team
Support day?to?day work while team focuses on ERP transition and automation
Experience:
Entry level is welcome; ~1 year of AP or accounting support experience is sufficient
Excel and Concur experience preferred
