Office Administrator

Sparks Group has partnered with a well-established and well-known property management company in Dallas to identify an Office Administrator, for a contract role, to support the local executive team. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment and is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Dallas-based executive leadership team
Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room scheduling
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel
Enter, update, and maintain data within Yardi and internal systems
Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management
Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies and supporting on-site needs
Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Support ad hoc administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
13 years of direct or related administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic functions)
Experience with Yardi required or strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to start ASAP and commit to a contract assignment
