Your job
Your responsibilities are the following:
Support and maintain (physical) Asset and Configuration Management for IT Equipment and/or platforms.
Own and improve the CMDB for Datacenter configuration items, ensuring data quality, accuracy and completeness.
Work with engineering teams to install , move, add or remove:
IT Equipment at the data rooms
IT Network patching to IT Equipment
Clean configurations of IT Equipment for safe removal
Assist 3rd party engineering teams to right location in data rooms.
Perform 24x7 stand‑by support in weekly shift to ensure IT Equipment availability at data rooms.

Where Foundation will focus mainly on Operations and Service Management the Engineering focus area will focus on driving technology roadmaps. Both focus areas will work closely together to achieve the Network & Datacenter vision & mission.
Within NW&DC Engineering, we design, operate and continuously improve the bank’s enterprise network landscape across Datacentres, cloud platforms, office locations and remote environments. Alongside technical excellence, strong foundational IT and service management processes are essential to ensure transparency, reliability and regulatory compliance.

You are a hands‑on no‑nonsense professional with a strong interest in Datacenter and networking. You describe yourself as a team player and you get the job done. On top you understand that well‑managed services are just as important as well‑designed technology. Furthermore you recognize yourself in the following hard skills:
General knowledge on ITIL
General knowledge of enterprise networking/ Datacenter services
Hands‑on experience at:
Install & Decom of IT Equipment
Install & Decom of Network Patching
Cleaning/wiping of IT Equipment
24x7 support
Practical experience with Configuration Management and Asset Management.
