Travel PTA Opportunity

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Washington license required to start the assignment. Applicant must also have or be able to obtain an Oregon license; may begin the assignment with a Washington license while obtaining Oregon licensure.
Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience with HCHB electronic medical record preferred.
Assignment Details

Facility Type: Home Health.
Shift: Days.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8).
Length of contract: 13 weeks.
Territory: Walla Walla County with coverage extending into lower Columbia County and up to approximately 60 miles into Umatilla County. Clinicians will be assigned to a geographic team and will work with a manager and an interdisciplinary team.
