Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Michigan PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
Experience with HCHB electronic medical record is required (client requirement).
Ability to work a MondayFriday schedule, 40 hours per week, in a home health setting.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territory.
Clinical documentation and patient-focused communication skills.
Preferred: previous travel or agency home health experience.
Assignment Details
Facility type: Home Health.
Shift: Days.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8, 40 hours per week.
Start: May 2026 (assignment start month provided by client).
Length of contract: 13 weeks.
