What You'll Do As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating and adjusting production machinery to meet daily output schedules, performing changeovers, routine maintenance, and thorough cleaning in accordance with SOPs. Guiding team members and coordinating workflow to ensure all production targets are achieved efficiently and on time. Monitoring the production process, conducting in-process checks, and accurately documenting product quality, deviations, and equipment performance through digital systems. Collaborating with Maintenance and Quality teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized work environment to promote a safe workplace and high-quality manufacturing.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications in manufacturing are a plus. At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, especially within regulated or GMP settings such as food, pharma, or chemical production. Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to understand machinery operations and identify issues proactively. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, while maintaining clear communication with team members. Basic math skills, including weights, measurements, and unit conversions. High attention to detail, ensuring precision in both physical tasks and documentation. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
