The Role

This is not a typical entry-level role; you will be the primary point of contact for compliance, vendor payments, and digital organization. We are happy to train you on the specific bookkeeping/Ag-records side if you bring the organizational horsepower and digital fluency.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Admin: Process Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Recievable (AR) and simple employee payroll.

Compliance & Logistics: Manage incoming mail; execute on critical items like vehicle registrations, government compliance docs, and permit renewals.

Digital Hub Management: Maintain a "paperless" office using Google Drive, Sheets, and Asana.

Data & Records: Accurate data entry and maintenance of detailed farm records.

Operations: Make administrative phone calls to vendors/agencies and run local business errands as needed.

Required Skills

Digital Native: You must be expert-level in Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive). Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a major plus.

Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions on how to fix a minor roadblock; you find the answer and move forward.

Communication: Clear, professional phone manner and excellent email etiquette.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
