No two days look the same. This is a role for someone who likes to stay busy and solve problems:
Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Maintain HVAC systems, including filter changes
Handle plumbing repairs such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
Complete carpentry work including doors, drywall, and cabinets
Prepare and paint apartments, including full unit turns and touch-ups
Assist with general upkeep of grounds and common areas
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Pay and Shift: Monday
Friday 8Am -4:30PM, Pay $15.04 Requirements
Experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or painting
Strong work ethic and willingness to assist where needed
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$40 after 40 hours worked
