Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and upkeep of soiled dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
Maintain workstation in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
Practice proper sanitation in compliance with health regulations
Report any equipment malfunctions to the Director
Must follow all reasonable requests made by management team
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length
Good people skills: work well with staff and be a team player, and take direction
Must qualify for a gaming license.
Must have good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel frequently and have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
