Job Summary: As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, operating various types of machinery and equipment to ensure the efficient and high-quality manufacture of our products. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining optimal machine performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor a variety of production equipment and machinery
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure proper functioning
Assist with the assembly, loading, and unloading of materials and products
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar light industrial role
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals
Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring equipment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Working Conditions: This position is located in our production facility and may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and other typical manufacturing conditions. The schedule is typically Monday to Friday, with the potential for occasional overtime as needed. Some physical demands may include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating machinery.
