General Production Worker

What You'll Do
As a General Production Worker, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality wood products and cabinetry. Daily responsibilities include:
Assisting with cabinet and product assembly
Loading and unloading materials into production machinery
Hand sanding and prepping wood products
Supporting paint sprayers in the finishing booth
Operating and tending automatic spray lines
Performing general production and assembly tasks
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Standing for extended periods during the shift
What We're Looking For
General labor or production experience
Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or production environments
Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements accurately
Minimum of 6 months in manufacturing or a related field
Basic assembly or carpentry skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
