Eligibility:
Local W2 candidates only – no C2C, 1099, or freelance.
We’re looking for a
hands‑on AV Engineer
to support conference room and collaboration technology deployments.
This role focuses on
end‑to‑end AV room build‑outs , from scoping requirements with stakeholders to installing and configuring cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems. Projects range from single‑room setups to large‑scale rollouts of over 100 rooms.
You’ll also troubleshoot and stabilize existing AV environments, supporting ongoing deployments and ensuring rooms meet consistent standards.
This is not a design‑only role; we need someone who has actually deployed and supported AV systems in real environments.
Qualifications:
Experience with conference room AV deployments.
Hands‑on with AV hardware (cameras, mics, displays, control systems).
Familiarity with Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
Experience with Crestron, Extron, or similar AV control systems.
Strong troubleshooting and implementation skills.
