Masters degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. This fully onsite role offers the opportunity to support children by providing essential therapy services within an engaging educational environment. Youll work a consistent full-time schedule, collaborating with school staff to foster student growth and success. What We’re Looking For:Active and valid Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required at time of application)Demonstrated experience in school-based settings, with a strong preference for pediatric and elementary student expertiseCapacity to work full-time onsite, supporting students across multiple caseloads (number to be determined)Familiarity with IEP development, therapy documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teamsEffective communication skills and a passion for making a measurable difference in student outcomes Role Highlights:Support students’ educational, physical, and social-emotional development by providing evidence-based occupational therapy interventionsConduct thorough assessments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) processesImplement therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique needs, collaborating closely with teachers and family membersParticipate in team meetings and contribute expertise to optimize student access and progress in their school environmentProvide resources and education to school staff and families regarding occupational therapy goals and progress This contract position offers the stability of a full-time schedule from late August to mid-June, working onsite in an inclusive, student-focused setting.
