ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of tort, business, and commercial real estate litigation matters from investigation through trial or settlement.Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses with attention to legal strategy and procedural compliance.Conduct factual and legal research, prepare legal memoranda, and develop case theories and

regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel; provide clear case status updates and strategic advice.Work collaboratively with partners and support staff to manage case budgets, calendars, and deadlines.Mentor more junior associates and paralegals as needed; contribute to business development and practice growth efforts.QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar (and good standing); federal court admission preferred or willingness to seek it.3+ years of litigation experience, with demonstrated exposure to tort and business litigation; commercial real estate litigation experience strongly preferred.Proven experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and substantive legal documents; strong legal research and writing skills.Practical experience with discovery, depositions, witness preparation, and motion practice; trial experience or substantial preparation for trial is a plus.Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines and caseloads.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team; initiative and a commitment to professional development.Familiarity with litigation support tools, e-discovery platforms, and document management systems is preferred. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
