Job Description:

The Clinical Care Coordinator, RN, Case Manager is responsible for managing patient care within the Med-Tele Acute/Obs and Swingbed unit, which caters to patients with conditions such as pneumonia, rehab, COPD, CHF, pancreatitis, and GI bleed. The nurse will provide care in a facility with 19 beds and maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-6.

Responsibilities:

• IV starts, telemetry, NG, and foley insertion
• Set up and manage RT equipment, including Bipap, Cpap, and HFNC
• Read their own telemetry strips using Mindray monitors
• Participate in team scheduling and adhere to weekend and holiday requirements

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
• Competence with respiratory therapy equipment
• Capability to be part of the code team
