Direct Care Professionals Part Time Evenings
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour; $21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.
Schedule: Sunday 9am-9pm, Tuesday 1pm-11pm, Wednesday 3pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm.
No experience needed. We offer ongoing free on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.
Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications
Compassionate person who enjoys making a difference in someone’s life.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle.
TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter.
Responsibilities
Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, medication distribution.
Provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings of interest such as the movies, shopping, going to dinner, baseball games, and bowling.
