Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour
$21.00 per hour after one year of benefit eligible employment

Qualifications
Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle
A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
What Does the Job Entail?
You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
Individual community outings
Meal preparation
Assistance with activities of daily living
Personal care
Medical appointments
Community Outings
As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings include:
The Movies
Shopping
Going to Dinner
Baseball Game
Bowling
