Direct Care Professional – Full Time Days
Pay Rate
$20.00 / hour
$21.00 / hour after one year of benefit eligible employment
Schedule
Monday‑Friday 7‑3 pm
Shift Options
Part‑time, full‑time, relief/per diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts also available.
Locations
Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Compassionate, with a desire to make a difference
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
TB screening and physical required upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter
Job Responsibilities
Provide support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
