Pay and Shift
Salary:
$18 - $20 per hour

First
Work Hours:
8 AM - 4 PM
Responsibilities
Equipment Operation:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output.
Troubleshooting:
Perform basic machine adjustments and minor repairs to maintain production flow.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict quality specifications.
Material Loading:
Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate production logs, including output counts, scrap rates, and downtime.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
