Pay Range: $70,304.00 - $72,104.00
The salary range for this position is $70,304-$72,104 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. Position Summary
As a Child and Family Social Worker, you will lead the Child and Family Team in developing and implementing individualized, trauma‑informed intervention plans. You’ll conduct assessments, facilitate meetings, and ensure that services remain child‑centered, family‑focused, and strengths‑based. Your leadership helps youth improve daily functioning, build resilience, and remain safely connected to their families and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, conduct, and document assessments, screenings, and Child and Family Team meetings in home and community settings
Lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral support plans
Inspire and guide team members—including counselors, parent partners, and clinicians—to deliver high‑quality, strengths‑based services
Support parents in fully engaging with services through rapport‑building and motivational approaches
Meet with families according to their schedules, adjusting your day as needed to support engagement
Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotation to provide immediate crisis support when needed
Maintain a child‑centered, family‑focused approach that promotes safety, stability, and long‑term independence
Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; OR
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field plus at least 2 years of experience working with high‑risk youth and families
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Commitment to trauma‑informed, strengths‑based, family‑centered practices
