CNC Setup Operator
Done with nights and weekends? So are we.
If you're a skilled machinist grinding through second or third shift, this is your way out. This is a straight first shift position – Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm – with no mandatory overtime. Voluntary overtime is available for those who want the extra money on weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

The work
Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and turning centers
Produce precision pump components to close tolerances
Work a variety of parts and setups – no two days exactly the same
Read and interpret engineering prints, including GD&T
Use precision measurement instruments – micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Perform equipment preventative maintenance
Maintain quality and safety standards
Work independently with minimal supervision
Who we're looking for
3–5 years of machining experience
Able to perform difficult setups and run machines independently
Comfortable reading engineering prints with GD&T
Skilled with precision measuring instruments
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical certification a plus
Strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
Ready for a schedule that actually works for your life
