Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable)
Onsite | Anaheim, CA

We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk with strong Accounts Receivable and collections experience to support a fast‑paced office environment. This is an onsite role focused heavily on AR, customer follow‑up, and accurate financial record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

Manage heavy AR and collections via email and phone

Generate and process customer invoices

Prepare and make bank deposits as needed

Reconcile account discrepancies by analyzing AR activity

Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records

Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes

Support ordering and inventory tracking

Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and reporting

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of office experience in accounting (AR‑focused)

Strong collections experience required

QuickBooks experience required

Intermediate Excel skills (reports, reconciliations, spreadsheets)

Detail‑oriented with strong communication and follow‑up skills
