JR-40107995The Human Resources Specialist plays a critical role in strengthening plant organizational effectiveness by developing employee capability and optimizing talent. This role partners closely with plant leadership to implement people strategies that enhance engagement, job security, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Human Resources Specialist ensures consistent application of HR policies, systems, and programs. The pay range for this position is$63,124.00 - $117,227.00However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
