We’re hiringa Server Assistant/Expo to help keep service running smoothly. In this role,you’ll support servers, run food, clear and reset tables, and take care of thedetails that make for a great guest experience. The position also offers roomto grow into other roles within the restaurant for those interested in buildinga career in hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Assistservers with all aspects of table maintenance, ensuring sections remain clean,stocked, and guest-ready.
Run food to tables promptly and accurately, communicating clearly with serversand kitchen staff.
Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guest, keeping pace withthe flow of service.
Anticipate guest needs, from water refills to table adjustments, always aimingto enhance the dining experience.
Complete assigned sidework and station duties with consistency andaccountability.
What We’re Looking For
A positive,team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Dependability and consistency in showing up ready to support both guests andcoworkers.
Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
