Shift Pattern
Varies between breakfast, lunch and dinner service
Pay Rate
$17.13 per hour + applicable gratuities
Season
March through September, with possibility of extension based on business demands
Responsibilities
Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Maintain knowledge of menu, restaurant promotions, and specials.
Take guest food and beverage orders and input them into appropriate point‑of‑sale system.
Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Keep serving station well‑stocked at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a server in a high‑volume or upscale restaurant; hotel setting preferred.
Ability to work a varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous hotel experience is a huge plus.
