We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
RN or LPN Infection Preventionist Unit Manager
to join our team and help lead the way in creating a safe, healthy, and thriving environment for our residents, patients, staff, and visitors.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and support infection prevention and control practices throughout the facility
Monitor, track, and report infection trends and opportunities for improvement
Educate and support staff on best practices, policies, and regulatory compliance
Partner with clinical leadership to promote quality outcomes and resident safety
Help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive prevention
What We’re Looking For:
Current RN or LPN license in good standing in Michigan
Infection Preventionist Certification or willingness to obtain
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Passion for education, compliance, and patient safety
Positive attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
Experience in infection prevention, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
