Job Details
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day on‑site management of commercial construction projects. You’ll coordinate field operations, supervise subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities and personnel
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed
Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports
Ensure quality control and resolve field issues promptly
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role
Proven ability to manage projects $5M+ in value
Strong leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Compensation
Salary Range: $110,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), vehicle allowance, and performance bonuses
