
Financial Analyst

Primary Purpose of the Position
Provides technical support to North & Central America as directed.
Essential Responsible Areas
Improvement of existing modelling and visualizations for management reporting
Forecasting and variance analysis support
Scenario analysis based on market conditions for business decision support
Participate in process improvement activities and standardization of reporting
Supports GBS and Procurement related to transactions/contracts
Produces standard reporting packages and provides support to core business partners.
Maintains a working relationship with accounting team to understand monthly reporting and support accurate financial results.
Professional & Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Job related experience for 2 years preferred

Analytical capabilities
Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
Variance analysis
Forecasting and scenario analysis
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas or concepts
Knowledge
Working knowledge of the following areas:
Finance, accounting, and budgeting
Essbase and JDE experience a plus
Compensation
Expected Hiring Salary Range: $66,700 - $88,160 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
