At Aventura at Walton Hills, housekeeping is more than cleaning it’s about creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. Your work plays a vital role in protecting health, preventing infection, and brightening someone’s day.
What You’ll Do
Keep resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas clean, fresh, and inviting
Disinfect high-touch surfaces to help protect residents and staff
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces
Safely handle trash and biohazard waste
Restock essential supplies like soap, paper products, and linens
Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
Work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
Assist with room turnover and special cleaning projects
What We’re Looking For
A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
Someone who takes pride in creating clean and safe spaces
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Previous housekeeping experience is a plus (healthcare experience even better!)
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
