Roadside Technician Commercial Tires - Lake Elsinore, CA

Pay range: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on experience.
Job Overview
The Roadside Technician is an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. The technician is dispatched to a customer’s location to repair or change tires and is expected to be available roadside during service calls.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer tire failures and perform repair or replacement on site.
Mount orders, clean, and organize the shop during downtime.
Participate in a mandatory on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours service requests, including evenings and weekends.
Perform servicing of commercial tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing, match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout.
Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies and procedures.
Shift Information
Technicians are required to participate in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During on‑call periods, technicians must respond to after‑hours service requests with a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

Basic Requirements

Previous commercial service tire experience.
